Really nice jug that fits nicely into the fridge door. Works as expected and water tastes fresh and clean. Very happy with my purchase.

Firstly, this water filter jug is the best I've ever owned. I used to have one of the brand that once had a monopoly on water filter jugs and dispensers. But we stopped using it because of how expensive their replacement filters were. Then 2 years ago we went looking for water filters that removed fluoride from the water and we discovered Waterdrop. We bought this jug and a fridge dispenser and have used them continuously ever since. The jug fits well in the fridge door, which is where we keep it during the summer months. We've been seriously impressed by both the rate at which it filters and at the quality of the water afterwards. The same filters fit both and as well as being superior (in our opinion) they are more reasonably priced that their competitors. I get mine on Amazon's subscribe and save. After 2 years my filter life indicator stopped working and I contacted customer service to see about buying a replacement part. Their customer service reps are friendly, professional & very helpful. They replied quickly to my email queries and soon resolved my problem. Particularly Karina who went above and beyond to help me. If you're unsure, buy with confidence. Not only will you be very happy with the product, but should you have any issues at all, their customer support is excellent.

Compared to other filters I would say this is no different, works well, has a large filter that lasts for ages, looks stylish and fits in the arm of fridge. Its great value compared to other makes and im looking forward to seeing how long it lasts, i recommend as an alternative to expensive filter jugs

I purchased the pink colour jug. I've owned a few water filter jugs in the past such as Brita. Compared to them, this is better quality and design. It's held up much longer than other brands, and filters water much quicker. This water filter is much more easier to use due to the top pressure hatch that means you don't have to take the whole lid on and off to refill. Fits in the fridge door easily and came with an extra filter. Great value for money

A great product. This makes tap water taste fresh, and lovely to drink. I recommend it if you want to enjoy drinking water from the tap again...

Amazing product!! Fits perfectly inside the fridge door. Easy to use and filters perfectly. No leakage and the water flows nicely. The material is good study plastic and is deffinately worth the money. I had slight cosmetic blemish on my item. But the company replaced it for me. Becky in customer service was immensely helpful! And expert in her field and delat with my issue in a professional manner!

Nice sturdy jug that works well

This jug is an ideal size for storing all our drinking water next to the kitchen sink as it can be quickly and easily topped up (incoming water supply pipe is lead). We like the idea of the filter lasting 90 days too, rather than the 30 days of our previous Brita filter. Overall good value for money.

Best water filter on the market

Super carafe filtrante ! En plus sans toutes ces saletés de produits dans les autres. La couleur est très jolie. Avant de s'en servir, il faut laisser tremper la recharge 10 mn. Ensuite, j'ai rempli la carafe d'eau deux fois de suite avant de m'en servir. Le goût de l'eau est parfait ! Il faut appuyer sur le bouton sur le dessus jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bleu. Elle m'a l'air solide et se nettoie bien. Le petit plus, lorsque l'eau est passée, on peut la mettre dans une bouteille en verre ou une gourde. Normalement le filtre est prévu pour 3 mois, à voir dans le temps. Moi qui ait une eau assez calcaire, je suis ravie que ce soit différent maintenant. Par contre j'ai remarqué que pour acheter les filtres, c'est assez cher (3 filtre pour + de 30€), j'en achèterai lorsqu'ils seront en solde.

It makes you think you should be prepared with your own convenient water filtration system at home. This water filtration pitcher is easy to assemble and is lightweight enough to move quickly in and out of the refrigerator. It is perfect for a small space like right next to the milk. It takes up a lot less width than other pitchers I've had in the past. Also it works with gravity so you don't have to force water through the filter like pitchers I've had in which required special adaptors for the faucet. The pouring is perfect too with no spills or leaks. I'd say this is super well designed and you will love it! To set this up I soaked the filter in cold water for ten minutes and put a bowl on top of it to keep it submerged in a clean deeper bowl. Then I ran water through the filter twice in the pitcher and poured out that water. Then you fill up the reservoir and put the pitcher in the refrigerator and let it sit in there till cold. Then drink away or use the water for tea, coffee or even making your oatmeal in the morning. One person told me it might also be great for filling up my pets' water bowl. The only instructions that were not given were for how often to clean the pitcher. I myself will have to use my own judgment on that. One filter processes 200 gallons of tap water and there is an indicator light to tell you when to change the filter. I'm very happy with this filtration pitcher and think it is really cool in the color pink! The only thing is when the water pitcher is near empty and you try to empty all the water out, the lid can then fall off. So just put a finger or your hand on the lid when tipping upside down. I learned this today!
