Q: Anyone have experience freezing? Mine will expire soon.

You may freeze it, if you like. However, for me, freezing any food item changes the consistency of the food. I'd say have tea with your friends and serve these delicious pineapple cakes. They'd be delighted. I, for one, wouldn't wist to share mine but mine are fresh!

I don't know when they were made - Lot # is B25973, best if used by date is 08/2018. I still have a little more than 1/2 box left and they are delicious still
