These are easy to use and such a good idea to have 5 weights in one.They feel gentle to grip but are also strong and well-made.My only comment is to be careful when changing the weights and screwing the ends back on. It’s easy to get them slightly wonky. It is possible to unscrew and redo but just be aware.

wow... I didn't expected much from these dumbbells. Specially abou the size. They are very comfortable to hold, you can easily manage how much weight you want to put in. A good piece of advice is to try balance the weight in both sides, although for some exercises you can manipulate it differently. I've got the pink colour and I loved it. The material and the design are top line. Recommended

Great set of weights - easy to use and adjust. They don't take up a lot of space. Only thing I would say is the weights in the ends do come loose occasionally and also there's no where to store the weights you've taken out. Would be nice if a pouch could be supplied for this.

What a brilliant idea and so easy to use and change weight. Great value for money...product doesn't feel cheap. Definitely recommend 👌

Ordered to help with lockdown exercises, I thought going by the reviews that these would be a great idea as there's just one set in use but with the ability to extend the weights as I get stronger.Firstly, the courier left these on the doorstep - bear in mind that if you are a starter, the full weight is in this box, so it's quite heavy.Upon opening, I was disappointed that the dumbells appear to be quite inexpensive and not the £90 price tag?Firstly, on *both handweights, one of the ends had been incorrectly screwed on and it was really difficult to remove - I had great difficulty removing the ends, but once opened, I realised the internal metal weights had put undue pressure on the plastic "tabs" that hold the weights. I'm not sure if you can see from my photos but I'm concerned that the plastic is already stressed and in use this will break and no longer be able to hold the weights in situ.For the money, I would have expected a storage bag to store the handweights or at least for the internal weights. Unfortunately if you are not using these, they are just stray, thus not offering the convenience of being all in one place. The internal weights are not filed smooth- again, please refer to my review images.Disappointed so returned.

I love my adjustable dumbbells! They’re brilliant and so simple to adjust accordingly! Space saving as well, lovely to hold and very solid!
