Mine came with jerky faders and some inputs and outputs were not working so quality issues for sure. I tried updating and resetting to factory settings but was not able to cure and i am just an experienced sound engineer not a mechanical or electronic expert. Fader tops can come off very easily and feel very cheap. also didn’t like the “Slow knob” features. Ended up returning it for a refund. I have a Behringer X-32 since a very longtime, one of my all time favorites that has been a much more robust console it seems. Wish it had better quality audio. Hope soon they will make a series of consoles, all with same features/ and layouts but in a small to large format/ footprints, built in dante and 24bit 96khz or better resolution! And other pro features expected from a world class manufacturer!
