I am a construction worker. I doing Powerade every day. Grape is my favorite flavor but they are all good if you work your butt off and drink a lot of fluid.

Amazing find
I’ve always drank Gatorade all my life as my major beverage of choice. A buddy brought me a few things from the convenience store and included one of these. Absolutely amazing! It’s sweeter than Gatorade but not too sweet. I’ll be drinking this from now on.

I buy this for the bottle. Liquid is not very good
I buy these for the bottles. I think they taste nasty, so I usually dump them and just use the bottles for my own liquid. My cat likes to knock my water over, so I need a bottle. The plastic is durable enough for multiple uses. I usually toss them every week or so and wash them with dry rice and water when needed. I don't recommend you use these for longer than 7-10 days. But they are 28 oz, so it's easy to track water intake with them.
