How many quartz of soil it can hold?

Depends on the soil mixture. I'd say 1 1/2 quart is a good estimate.

Did anyone order the red and get brown instead?

I ordered white and got 90% brown

What color is the accent beneath the white it looks to be black; is it?

Not black. Brown It’s dark. My guess is it varies from pot to pot.

can you hang these pots?

It is shallow, works well for succulents
