Would this fit into a 2023 chevy trailblazer LT?

If you can verify that your trailblazer is using a 19mm lug nut it will fit. Your nut height can not be real short; close to 1 inch high should be enough for the McGard lock lug nut to help hold the wheel rim to the brake rotor. I'm using this on a 2001 Ford Escape 19mm X 1.26 in. height.

Amazon provides a "make sure it fits" utility @ the top of the screen - left side - usually just above the description of the product. You enter, make, model, year etc and it will tell you if it fits. If that doesn't work go to McGards website or eBay or Summit Racing. These places will all have a - make sure it fits - and then go back to Amzn and order.
