Great product...
CON: - The biggest CON is how expensive this is. So noticing every small crack and repairing them *sooner than later could save money and prevent the cracks from getting wider. [Once a crack happens, the constant (micro) vibrations from constant foot traffic, passing cars/trucks in the street, in/out of the garage, and settling, causes the sides of the cracks to rub against each other, making it wider, and worse.] - It takes more product than you think to fill even the narrowest of cracks. The key is preparation. That will be the most critical and take the most time. (As it should.) PRO: - ***WITH PROPER preparation to prevent product loss and waste, using this is easy. ***Seeing the inside cracks is a no brainer (unless they're hidden under flooring and drywall, etc...) but understanding that these foundation and structural concrete cracks also go all the way thru to the outside, you must prevent the epoxy from just dumping through to the outside. Poring into empty spaces vs filling in, in between cracks. That's a very costly situation/waste. So depending on where the cracks is, foundation sidewall or sub floor, preparation (*identifying, locating, blocking-up, back-filling) is a must. - Overall, this is easy to use Yes, I would recommend this product. [***Shop around to find the best deals and quantity. Bang for your bucks!]

Total fail
Unless are sealing hairline, HAIRLINE, cracks on a horizontal surface stay away from this epoxy. It has the consistency of super glue. Runs like water and will not fill a void.

Very pricey, I'd recommend alternatives with any local HD Mendards
Very easy to use. Highly effective, sealed the basement very well. After using it, I needed more, went to Menards and the same amount for probably 40% of the cost. Not the same brand, but identical features and function. Next time I'll save $200 or more on a project.
