There is a large number in the centre of the card, and a small number on top left and bottom right.

Difference between uno and uno deluxe?

The deluxe is more suitable for older children - 7years +, at this age better kept in a tin - has pencil, score pad, etc with instructions (108 cards).

Why is there no swap or blank cards?

I don't know but you don't need them the game is brilliant
