I fell and broke both my wrist in 2022. Because of my age drs didn’t think I would heal fast or well. The pain meds were terrible for my stomach. Drs would not help me!! I saw this on Amazon. This product is my miracle. I can use my hands w/o pain. I will use this as long as they make it. Just got back from a trip, I drove 12 hours. Couldn’t of done this with pain meds but with this product there was no pain in my wrists. I’m 76

It says you need to take 10 capsules per day. Ridiculous! I thought it would contain Strontium for stronger bone density but it doesn't. Too expensive to buy on a regular basis.

I have a lot of bone loss in my mouth (jaw etc) and don't want to lose my teeth and bone. I heard that this formula can help with this issue. It is expensive and a lot of capsules to take in a day. I am not sure if it is helping, I hope it is!!

This contains over 1100mg of potassium per serving. Typically potassium supplements are limited to 99mg because of the potential harms especially to your heart. I take Telmisartan an ARB for high blood pressure and LVH. These types of BP medications put you at risk for Hyperkalemia and consodering the reckless levels of potassium in this supplement it caused me to have dangerously high blood levels of potassium. I could have gone into cardiac arrest if i wasnt knowlegable about this and didnt notice this on the label. So for anyone on Ace Inhibotors or ARBs DO NOT take this supplement or you will risk severe heart damage or possibly even death.

I started to take this a couple weeks ago and noticed that I was getting so much gas from everything eat. Last evening I started to get a really bad pain in lower back, a terrible cramp in my tummy and very nauseous. It was scary...I will stop using this product and look for plant based calcium. They are not disclosing the source of their calcium anywhere which is sketchy. Eat real food not rock or bones !!!
