I've been buying and taking Biethica magnesium citrate daily for a few years now. Our bodies deplete magnesium daily so it's a mineral that we often need to top up, especially since much of our soil only contains low levels, so you might not always get enough from your food. You won't notice it doing anything, other than maybe helping with mild sleep and digestive issues, and perhaps joints too. I like that Biethica's magnesium citrate doesn't seem to contain any unnecessary fillers or mixers (i.e. oxide!). As a powder it mixes well; which is unusual. If you are starting out on this you need to go low and slow as magnesium can briefly upset sensitive stomachs until you get used to it. This mineral forms part of my daily electrolyte in a juice/water mix, along with Celtic salt, powdered potassium, vitamin C. Give yourself a break from it every now and then to encourage your body to process these minerals naturally from your diet.

Magnesium citrate has quite a unique response in humans and this brand did not so doubtful it is what it says

Not my favourite
I used to buy a different brand (now out of stock) which I would mix with juice simply by stirring with a teaspoon. I did the same with this powder and it created big lumps, with a texture similar to chewingum. Edit: I tried again putting the powder in the glass first and mixing the juice in a bit at a time, this way ot mixed fine. A bit annoying having to do that every day but at least no lumps!

Excellent powder, dissolves easily
I highly recommend this magnesium. It dissolves easily in liquid unlike many other magnesium powders. And it's great to be able to buy powder as it makes dosage easily controllable and you get no nasty and unnecessary fillers etc

Good quality and price
Its a good quality product, helps with bowel movement. It tastes funny just with water but when mixed with tea or herbal infusion plus some lemon juice, completely fine.
