I installed this 2 days ago and i can't stop marvelling at how well it works. It is solidly built and very versatile. The pressure in the arm can be adjusted to release slower or faster as desired and can move +/- 150mm apr. up/down. Watch when you lift the keyboard off the tray! The keyboard tray can be tilted to prevent RSI also. I was worried about the weight of the arm and the wall fixings. My walls (brick) aren't the best but the fixings supplied are massive (2x 80mm, M8) . You'll need a 13mm socket to tighten these. I used a drill fitting but there wasn't enough torque so i ended up twisting the drill round. I did slight damage to the metal mount but there are facings supplied to cover the screws. Just ensure the screws are level and everything should be good. It does seem to be quite expensive (Β£195 at this time) but i would not hesitate in recommending this item.
