It’s good. Don’t use too much.
It tastes very salty for being lite salt. Otherwise it tastes like salt. A little hard to find in grocery stores. I still prefer pink salt for taste.

It is convenient and good for my blood pressure, but the taste is so salty that I feel almost suseptible to go back to regular salt,
