Will this fan work with a dimmer switch? I want to be able to adjust manually. Thanks

As you know you have to solder the wire from the fan to a 5v converter that runs on 120v, then you can plug it into a dimmer switch, as that is what I use.

What is the acceptable voltage range for this fan? I like to use it in a boat application and voltage goes up to 14.8V when charging.

Hello friends, the 9225 fan can work at 14.8V, but it works better under 13.8V and has a longer life. The ball bearing fan has a larger air volume .

No, this fan is ment for dry applications.

Can I use any 12v dc plug in adapter? Or do I need one that only outputs .1 amp

Yes you can use any 12v dc power supply, as long as it outputs more than .1 amp. The .1 amp rating is the amount of current it uses.
