This cap is awesome! I bought this for my husband. After a few months he asked for a second one so he could have one handy in the garage and one in the basement. Seems like he was always bumping his sweet bald head on something, leaving cuts and scars. This cap is light and comfortable, making it easy for him to routinely wear. He loves these caps! Also great that the covering is easily removed for washing.

Seems to run small. The plastic liner is too small. Does not comfortably a 7 3/4 inch head as advertised. Very much disappointed.

Got this hat due to I like ball caps, work construction an can't wear ball caps has to be a hard had but hard hats are always hot, uncomfortable, an a pain falling off of you lean over so far or feels like it's going to fall off. Got this ball cap hard helmet an it's light weight about 1/2 the weight as a hard hat an so so much cooler an comfortable! Had it about 2 weeks an it has never been to the point to where it feels it will start to fall off! An it's is SO SO much more COMFORTABLE!! An the weight of it don't even really notice I am even wearing it!! Would RECOMMEND to anyone that would want to try it or want one!! Comes in different colors but I got the light grey, I'll never go back to a hard hat unless the job site absolutely says I have to if not it will be this one for now on an plan on getting another 1 for a back up!!

Side ventilation holes are mostly blocked by the sweatband of the cap, thus making them useless. Product needs MANY more ventilation holes as after taking it off, it has a puddle of water that it retains. This could have a great value for money, but the size restriction in its design leaves me feeling left out. Hard plastic seems adequate to stop most impacts, but the wearers head must perfectly fit within it for it to function properly. My head is slightly too large, and my spouse’s head is slightly too small for it, so disappointingly I’m returning it. Manufacturer has no sizes for us guys with larger head sizes or people with larger hair styles, so it seems they missed the boat to help us. This product has great capabilities to protect wearers, which would make it wonderful with a very easy to assemble and wash design, but I’m a very disappointed shopper and I can’t help but feeling left out.
