Its 5-gallon BPA-free HDPE container supports large batch brewing with optimal water-to-coffee exposure thanks to a precisely sized 12-inch filter. This eco-friendly system saves you hundreds annually on disposable filters and comes with exclusive recipe books and instructional videos to perfect your cold brew experience. ## Description This bundle combines the Cold Brew Coffee 5 gallon dispenser, and lid, and one specially tailored Madesco 5-gallon capacity restaurant-grade lined Big Daddy reusable cold brew coffee filter. The plus-sized lined filter comes with a lidded dispenser for large batches of exquisite cold brew coffee. Width is key - we don’t make “pillowcase filters” that fit over the top of a bucket since coffee grounds deep in the center cannot contribute their flavor for lack of water-flow and exposure. Enjoy Madesco's signature smooth flavored rich undertones without the bitterness caused whenever coffee beans are assaulted by scalding water. For a mellow brew with hints of caramel choose just the right bean, medium or coarse grind. Baristas pour cold brew onto ice for a refreshing pick-me-up or steep an extra-strong batch for concentrate to add to frothy steamed milk for an exceedingly smooth cappuccino. Chefs add the concentrate to ice cream, whipped cream, icings, Mexican mole, barbecue sauce, chili, any other dishes looking for a touch of "cold brew coffee magic." Directions: Pour up to five pounds of quality ground coffee into the coffee pouch's inner liner sleeve and stir cool fresh water into the pouch (thoroughly saturate all the coffee grounds). Cold brew coffee proportions are, by volume, 5 to 1 water to coffee. Cold brew concentrate is 4 to 1. (Adjust to accommodate personal tastes and coffee variations). Pull drawstrings to close the liner sleeve then draw the outer filter bag's drawstrings. Immerse the filter bag & liner sleeve into cool fresh water. Find something to do for at least 16 hours while all the magic takes place. No need to shake or stir the water once all the coffee is saturated and fully immersed - nature's dispersive forces do all the mixing for you (a little science here). Once made, store in the cooler - it stores marvelously - keep a lid on it to avoid fridge smells and pesky oxygen. Review: Good quality! - Works well. Just like described. Very happy with this! Review: I absolutely love my new cold brew kit - I absolutely love my new cold brew kit. It makes it so much easier, and works very well. The company also guarantees the system for one year which is amazing. Best customer service I have gotten through desertcart. Period. ## Features - DON'T PAY $300/YEAR FOR DISPOSABLE PAPER FILTERS !!! OURS ARE REUSABLE. Unlike others', our highly regarded filters are reusable and are lined to provide a 2-ply "second line of defense" against fine grounds making their way into the brew. Sturdy construction easily withstands the rigors of repeated use. - LIMITED FILTER WIDTH IS KEY! Our filters' width at 12 inches ensures most all the coffee is less than 3 inches from surrounding water. By all means, avoid “pillowcase filters” that fit over the top of a bucket - as they’re simply too wide and coffee grounds deep in the center of such a filter will never get to contribute their flavor to the brew for lack of water-flow and water exposure. - 3 FREE BONUS BOOKS AND INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO! - Our packaging provides a link to our Madescolabs homepage where you'll find all three downloadable recipe books, and how-to's and secret tips from the Madesco cold brew pros. Filters are affordable, durable and reusable. Natural cotton blend, no bleaching, no harmful chemicals.Make and dispense large batches of delicious cold brew coffee, different coffees, and extended life. - More affordable than competing restaurant/industrial cold brew coffee systems. Our dispenser/brewer is BPA free, constructed with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) "2" recommended for use in long-term food storage. HDPE is one of the most stable and inert forms of plastic containers sold specifically for food storage.. - Unlike other brands, Madesco filters and liners are reusable - no need for subsequent ongoing filter purchases. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #860,554 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #1,047 in Reusable Coffee Filters | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 57 Reviews | ## Images ![5 Gallon sized Cold-brew Coffee Brewer/Dispenser, Spigot, Lid, Commercial double lined Madesco Big Daddy Reusable Filter - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51vUGYRmISL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality! *by S***N on July 19, 2020* Works well.
