## Overview

Lost Cities: Roll & Write by Thames & Kosmos reinvents the classic Lost Cities experience with dice-driven gameplay for 2-5 players aged 8 and up. Featuring quick 30-minute sessions, simple rules, and a portable design, it’s the perfect family-friendly game that combines luck, strategy, and social competition in a compact format.

## Description

Get rolling on your next Lost Cities adventure! Begin your expedition on one of six colored paths by rolling the smallest possible numbers on the dice. Each turn, decide whether to continue an expedition or start a new one. Acceleration fields and artifacts provide opportunities to advance quickly, but you’ll have to carefully consider which paths to take on which roll. If you make good progress, victory beckons — but if an expedition gets stuck, you will lose points just as quickly as you earned them! And don’t forget to keep an eye on your competitors’ jungle expeditions — the cleverest adventurers can advance quickly to victory if they choose the right paths in the right order. This small and portable format is the perfect Lost Cities game for on-the-go fun. Simple rules and a short play time make this game ideal for family game nights.

Review: Great Chill Game - At first glance it seems like a confusing game, but it truly is a very easy game to learn and to play. My wife and I play it all the time and it never gets old. Last time we went home we ended up playing it with her family for half the weekend. Would 100% recommend it. As I stated about it does look confusing at first. Our old roommate bought it for us and said that her coworker and her husband love playing it and she thought we would, but after opening it once we thought it looked complicated. So we gave it away to my wife's sister for her birthday and they had a family vacation on her sisters husbands side and once they retuned they called us and said Thanks so much for giving us this game, we played it all weekend and it was so fun. So of course next time we saw them we played it with them to see what they were talking about, and instantly regretted giving it away. So we ended up buying it and like I said we play it all the time.
Review: It’s a fun game - It’s a fun game that’s a step above Yahtzee
