Sound Blaster Play!3 High Resolution USB DAC Amp and External Sound Card

I purchased the Bose Companion 50 and I wanted a clean solution of a USB audio adapter connected to my monitor to keep the setup clean. I have tried a few cheaper USB audio and had lost the ability to control the surround, bass and treble settings. With this one, the UI gives you the ability to adjust those. I recommend this one to keep it simple and a solution that works. There is no need to upgrade to a more so expensive unit if you have a simple 2.1 setup. Also this has been tested on a windows 11 machine

I used it with my DT990 250 ohm and the audio quality is not that good but works great for the price to be honest and im not hearing any bass at the moment idk if the problem with the headphones or i should buy great amp/dac and im buying the fiio k5 pro soon but if you wanna buy a cheap amp/dac under 25$ go for this it is loud but not that good

Mic ports record for 5-10 mins then stops working. i tried using another desktop or machine. i have bought 3 pcs but not working at all.

Ich nutze den Sound Blaster Play! 3 als USB-DAC an meinem PC – vor allem, weil der Onboard-Sound meines Mainboards nicht überzeugt hat. Das kleine Gerät hat mich positiv überrascht. Die Einrichtung war denkbar einfach: Plug & Play unter Windows, dazu optional die Software Sound Blaster Connect für Feineinstellungen. Nach wenigen Minuten war der Klang deutlich klarer, kräftiger und räumlicher – besonders mit hochwertigen Kopfhörern. Was mir gefällt: - Deutlich besserer Klang als mit Onboard-Chips - Kompakt und leicht, passt in jede Tasche - Kopfhörerverstärker ausreichend für die meisten Modelle (bis 100 Ohm) - Funktioniert auch an Notebooks und Tablets (per Adapter) - Mikrofoneingang vorhanden – praktisch für Headsets Weniger ideal: - Kunststoffgehäuse wirkt eher einfach (aber stabil genug) Für den Preis (~22 €) ist das Gerät eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ohne viel Aufwand besseren Sound aus ihrem PC oder Laptop holen möchten – egal ob fürs Gaming, Musikhören oder Voicechat.

Estupenda solución para una avería de salida de audio de un portátil, muy buen sonido con mayor volumen. Había probado otra tarjeta externa de otro fabricante (UGREEN), por poco menos, que funcionaba bastante bien pero el conector USB fallaba al moverlo perdiendo contacto, también con un sonido más que aceptable pero más bajo, por lo que decidí probar con ésta. En Windows 10 tenía ruido de fondo (hiss) que he solucionado cambiando el driver del dispositivo por el genérico USB, utilizo unos EarPods habitualmente. A partir de ese momento sin problemas. Los cambios los he hecho siguiendo estas opciones: Entrar en el "Administrador de dispositivos" de Windows 10 - Controladoras de sonido y video y dispositivos de juego - Sound Blaster Play! 3 - Botón derecho y Actualizar controlador o doble click -> Controlador -> Actualizar controlador - Examinar mi PC en busca de controladores - Elegir en una lista de controladores disponibles en el equipo - Seleccionar: Dispositivo de audio USB No he querido instalar ningún software de Creative de momento, por lo que en ese aspecto no tengo nada que opinar. Edito (Noviembre 2020) tras última actualización de Windows 10. Con cada nueva actualización parece que el driver vuelve a ser el de Creative y vuelve el ruido o hiss. El camino anterior no me ha funcionado bien, por lo que he seguido este otro: Botón derecho sobre icono altavoz en la bandeja de la barra de tareas Abrir Mezclador de volumen Pinchar icono Altavoces o Tarjeta de sonido General > Información de controladora -> Propiedades Cambiar la configuración Pestaña Controlador Y ahí ya sigue igual: Actualizar controlador Examinar mi PC en busca de controladores Elegir en una lista de controladores disponibles en el equipo Dispositivo de audio USB
