Weco Wonder Shell Natural Minerals (3 Pack), Small

My snails thrive with this in the tank. I’ve got two 10g and one 45g, with an incredible population of snails. I replace the wonder shells about a week after the last one dissolves entirely, or once a month. The snails show a lot of improvement, and they’re very active. Thinking about getting shrimp, since I’m now very sure I could provide for their calcium needs. (RIP the shrimp of my uneducated younger self.)

Without testing water you can see them activating in the water when they create a lot of micro bubbles. Water that has been tested with a high PH or high acidity >7.3 in a 30gl tank can read lower in the 7.0-7.1 after just a day. As the tank stabilizes the activation is lower (seen by the amount of bubble activity). They work very good in a tank that is dedicated to Pink/Pearl ramshorn snails. A very large Goldfish and Blue Shusui Butterfly Koi seem to do well with the additional minerals in the water. I have used them since 2019 on a bi-weekly single piece (dose) application in the 30gl tank. These come 3 in a pack and seem to be a good value and easy to use compared to liquid type water adjusters purchased from your normal pet stores. If your tank is cloudy (Acid level) these can help stabalize it along with a proper water change / filter care.

These keep my cherry shrimp happy and healthy. I have crappy city water and this puts the minerals back in so my shrimp can properly molt. They last a long time in my 3 gallon tank, and this pack lasted me quite a few months.

Could not use because my GH was already high naturally, and didn’t want to risk increasing my GH with this wonder shell, but the short amount of time the product was in my 10 gallon tank the shrimp bolted to this thing like magnets. I guess they are missing out on the calcium in their diet so I ordered a different brand of calcium supplement that won’t raise the GH like wonder shell does. Great for tanks with low GH! Unfortunately just didn’t work for me.

These are my favorite source of calcium for my aquatic snails. They dissolve and don't leave a mess, and they keep my snails shells strong. It doesn't cause any cloudiness or anything, only slightly adjusts the water to grow stronger snails and shrimp.

I felt like these were great, especially for my freshwater snails. I noticed their shells didn’t have lots of cracks like they did before and were looking healthier! These didn’t impact my fish’s health at all. They are the perfect size for a 5 gallon tank, and you get 3. They do only last for maybe 1-2 weeks, but considering their value, you can’t go wrong. I would definitely repurchase!

Do not buy if you have well water it makes the water super cloudy I'm sure it's a good product I don't want to give it a bad review it was my fault I should have investigated more but just to save someone else the pain

I breed snails, & ornamental fish & when I noticed that my snails shells were starting to crumble for no apparent reason, as well as turning white in spots, & lots of random deaths when water parameters were ideal etc. I took to the internet to research, I found out they were lacking minerals & calcium. I read all the reviews as I do before buying anything & have to tell you these are the real deal! In 2-3 days I saw a crazy ammount of improvement in not just snails but, my fish eat them as well as my shrimp! If you're having issues get these, I'm very picky about what goes in my aquariums because I'm a breeder, & avid hobbyist. These do not cloud the water, they don't have a smell, release no chemicals, THERE'S NO DOWNSIDE TO THEM! I love Natural & the fact everything is able to benefit from these shells. You won't be disappointed, only issue I had was the shells are a bit small & go fast, wish you got more for your money, other than that great purchase.

These things are amazing, ive purchases them 4 times now, massive help with raising general hardness in my axolotl tank

I watched a review and saw these and wanted to give them a try as I have Mystery snails! does not seem to bother the fish and my tanks are crystal clear.
