Worth the money.
These are An excellent tool for a sensory seeking kiddo. I put them in his calming corner. He is easily able to trace his fingers over them to calm down

We like this a lot more than expected.
I was thoroughly surprised at hpw quickly my 2yo and 3yo caught on to the breathing patterns. It keeps my 3yo busy for about 20 minutes at a time, she just really enjoys rubbing her fingers along it. It doesnโt really keep my 2yo busy, but I give it to him when heโs struggling with a tantrum and *so far* itโs been distracting enough to help him calm down, or at least do the breathing until he forgets what he is upset about. It would be pretty cool if there was a way to do different designs.

Good way to teach kids how to regulate emotions
They work well and it was easy to teach my daughter how to used these. They are very sturdy and will last if stepped on. I think they are worth it especially if you have kids that are having a difficult time calming their bodies down.

I use these in my calm down corner. They really help the kids calm down and focus on their breathing. They enjoy tracing the shapes while breathing. They really help kids calm down and they are very well made. This is my second set. I bought one set at a previous campus and when I moved I bought another set.
