Case does not fit Samsung A71 5G phone

Initially, I thought this was a pretty good case. It looked nice, was a bit big but not too bad, and it definitely protects my phone from casual drops. However, the kickstand in the back is probably one of the worst kickstands I have ever owned, and I've owned a few. Straight out of the box, the kickstand nearly broke my nails when I tried to get it out. I had to use scissors and other tools to even get it out and when it clicks back in, it is almost impossible to get out again. I ended up just leaving the kickstand loose from time to time when I use it a lot. Sadly, due to how difficult it is to get out, the little pegs in the stand that keep it locked onto the case have worn off and broken, as well as the side grooves where the pegs go in. Another downside is the screen protector. It scratches and gets dirty way too easily, and cleaning the case altogether is almost as impossible as getting the kickstand out. The durability is pretty decent though. I haven't dropped my phone from a significant height but the black silicone like material is very nice. Overall, it's probably semi worth the price but if you are looking to specifically use features like a working kickstand that lasts a long time on top of greta durability, I wouldn't recommend this one. Edit: I am hoping that the one I got was just unlucky. Contacted customer service about it and the cases have a 1 year warranty so they'll just send me another. Great customer service!

The case started out great. Two months in one of the main clips broke. I contacted the company and was assured it was within warranty and would be replaced. They ask for 48 hours to process the replacement. A week later nothing... I contacted them again. They issued a tracking number but nothing has been delivered to the USPS for delivery. I am wondering if this is their normal customer experience. 2 weeks later: the company finally sent the replacement part. I wish communication had been better but I am happy with the result.

So I just want to say I don't usually do reviews but I really wanted to start. So here it goes. It is packaged very well and comes with instructions and o followed. Once I got it all on my phone I loved it. It feels protected. Now it comes with a belt attachment that is a bit big for me I wish they would make it a little smaller for a woman but the way you put your phone in it it dose give it added protection. Now the clip or kick stand, well that is made pretty well but hard to get out and you have to push down very hard for it to go back into place but I will say if you don't mind it sticking up a little not noticeable then it would help get it open the next time. Now just know once your phone is in it's in and will take you bit to get off. I don't have any problems with the finger print unlock on the top layer of the phone cover.. All and all I would order this again in another color. I hope this helps you.

This case does a great job of protecting your phone. It is a bit bulky and on the heavy side but if you are looking for something to protect your phone this one will definitely do the job. If you work a job that is rough on phones like construction you need this case
