Easy to install, the wires are essentially hidden behind the mounted tv in my office.

Our living room TV is mounted on the wall and I mounted our PS5 behind that.Do yourself a favor and install one of those recessed media boxes so that you can run all your cords into the wall behind the TV and out to where you need them, out of sight. When all the cords are hidden, this thing really shines and it fully realized. It literally just appears to float on the wall and you can't even see the bracket which really drives it home.It goes with our minimalist living room "vibe" so well.However, you can also really flesh this out to full-nerd judging by the photos I am seeing from other users (neon lights, controller hangers, etc.)I was nervous to trust a third-party bracket to hold my expensive (and hard-to-get!) video game investment but I have zero questions about the quality or the ability to hold it.I DID opt to use slightly larger wall anchors for going in the wall because the ones provided just seemed a tad small for the application, but that's just my preference. I'm not an engineer and can't tell you what size anchor goes to what size screw but I just felt better using larger ones I had that worked with the provided screws.If you have the ability to hit a stud, and not use the wall anchors at all, you're really going to be set.Either way, this thing is on the wall to stay unless someone comes and literally hangs on it and tries to rip it off.The bracket itself is a solid and stiff piece of metal with nice welds and bends and it could pass as being one of Sony's official accessories for the PS5. It comes with all necessary hardware and a set of instructions to go off, not that you really need them to hang this. The idea was executed with perfection by HIDEit and I am so happy to have given this a shot!

I'll start with the only downside. I agree with a few other reviews that mounting the PS5 with the disk drive against the wall may not be the best idea due to a very small gap for airflow. It would probably be ok, but why take the chance? Mounting with the drive pointing left works just fine and I'm not overly worried about not seeing the PS logo. Aside from that, the mount is great. Very solid, especially if you mount into a wall stud like I did (again, highly recommend that). I've seen some complaints about a little bit of wobble, but it's honestly not a big deal. It only moves a little at the top and that's only if you intentionally trying to move it. The small gap that causes this prevents scratching the unit when sliding it in to position. Once in place (don't forget the bottom screw) it doesn't move unless you move it. Even putting in and removing discs does not cause any movement. I highly recommend this product.

Great mount for hiding and freeing up space. Easy to install, (ALSO if you’re setting it up by your desk or gaming spot make sure you face the vents/back of ps5 away from you or anything you don’t want to heat up. Certain games put out a ton of heat and I feel it mid game session.) I recommend installing into studs for peace of mind. If you can’t, use EZ screw anchors and make sure to use screw driver to drive them into wall, not an impact.

Easy to setup, i mounted it behind my tv that has a slight lean, i like it hidden. the mount seems very secure i did use my own drywall 1-1/2 inch screws, i used the drywall anchor plugs in came with and drilled a 3/16” drill bit hammered it in gently. it has a screw that goes into bottom of ps5 through the mount, helps it from being too loose. To install the ps5 just slide the ps5 from top to a light press for the bottom to be snugged in.
