It’s just good for nap 2-3 hours, after it will be painful. I tried both sides of it and was uncomfortable. It's only good to relax the neck muscles, by sleeping in one position (on the back).

It takes a few days for the pillow to mould to your shape and for you to get used to using it because it is so different to a conventional pillow. But it is worth persevering! Pillow supports your head and neck in such a way that the neck and shoulder pain I had been waking up with is now gone. I am now getting a full nights sleep and waking up pain free. Highly recommend!!
