The first was was DOA and amazon replaced it but not until the vendor got the broken one back which isn't usually Amazon's way. After waiting for the first unit to be returned and processed they allowed amazon to ship the replacement unit. Fast forward 3 months and it has the same issue. It stops sucking liquid up into the machine. Like the pump is broken even though it sounds like it is working. I have soaked and scrubbed all the parts as instructed with no success.I spent extra money on this unit (over $600) because I run a hotel and didn't want to waste my money on a consumer toy but also didn't want to buy a huge backpack type machine which I don't have the space to store... I hope this company figures it out and makes this right... I will update and change my review if I can finally get a reliable tool.

We have have used the Protexus brand sprayer in our school for over a year. We purchased this one to replace one that stopped working after fairly heavy use. These units are compact, easy to use, and provides disinfectant coverage quickly and efficiently.

A bit concerned when purchasing this item for our church children’s and early childhood rooms. It’s a hefty price tag. Purchased the correct disinfectant tablets. After a month’s week of use, it no longer sprays. Had to call 3 times snd leave a message before customer service called back. They require you to take out nozzle and tube and soak in warm water with soap and if that doesn’t work to use a toothbrush to clean the nozzle. It’s recommended each week. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the issue. So we’ve been out $$ and sprayer for our rooms. So much easier with a standard sprayer snd natural chemicals. At $20-$30, that should be your option and my suggestion IMHO.

I bought 3 Sprayer previously. 2 of them have been working great. 1 was working good for 3 months, than the Sprayer Gun Housing was having constant siphoning problems. Call the warranty/Customer Service Rep from EarthSafe Chemical Alternatives. They responded quickly and got another housing sent.

Have ordered two and both didn't work. One had an issue with the spray and the second one stopped working after 1 use. Seller has been good with returns however.

I am saving so much money from not having to hire a cleaning crew now to spend hours and hours wiping down & disinfecting my daycare. This sprayer is very easy to use and the process is so incredibly quick. I am also very relieved knowing that the children in my care will be safe in an environment free from COVID and other germs. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to clean large, highly trafficked spaces -- in a short amount of time.
