VariGrip Sport is the only hand exerciser featuring patented variable tension technology; allowing the user to adjust the resistance level for each individual finger. This allows the end-user to improve dexterity; endurance; strength and circulation more effectively; while minimizing the chance of straining weaker fingers. VariGrip Sport also comes with a built-in callus builder; ideal for all sports; especially climbing; gymnastics; hunting and fitness/bodybuilding. Patented tension adjusters allow the user to customize resistance levels for each finger; ranging from Medium to Heavy Tensions in order to increase strength and minimizing overcompensation of weaker fingers. VariGrip conditions each individual finger; as well as the entire hand; wrist and forearm. Simply turn the dial at the base of the unit to the left to increase resistance, or to the right to decrease resistance.

**Q: How does this one compare to the d'addario one?**
A: The only difference is the resistance level and the design of the base.  VariGrip Sport has a wider base and the resistance level range is slightly higher than the D'Addario version, which is deisgned for musicians.

**Q: What is the range of adjustemnt measured in pounds, like all others state?**
A: Packaging says 5lbs-9lbs

**Q: How does this compare to a 90lbs grip stregthener?  Will i see any benifit with this device?**
A: The key difference is that you can exercise each individual finger, and these are much more ergonomic in design.  If you are comparing to a 90lbs grip strengthener, you may also want to consider VariGrip Sport PRO, as it has a higher resistance range (9-12lbs/finger).

**Q: Is it two pack or one single vari grip sport-pro?**
A: This is a single, but we do have a two pack available as well (item #VGPRO-PPFL), which also comes with a FiddlLink dexterity tool.

Den kändes bra att hålla i och det var lätt att justera motståndet. Plasten kunde vara av bättre kvalitet för den del som ska träna lillfingret kärvade i plasten så motståndet varierade och ibland gick det inte att trycka ner hela vägen. Det blir visserligen motstånd men inte som det borde vara.
