This is super easy to use. It comes with a box of filters so you will be ready to go when you open the box, and you will know what filters to buy later. It’s also a whole box and not loose filters. Super easy to clean. The ceramic is durable and thick enough to feel substantial and not worry about breaking. It fits on a variety of sized mugs. Have used it on my 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, and 20oz mugs. Can also use it on my 1 cup measuring cup when I am making iced coffee. Will also fit on top of my 40oz insulated tumbler. I started out with the plastic one hole pour over cone, and loved the stronger flavor. I was disappointed when I saw this had 3 holes, but the coffee drains about the same rate as with the one hole model and the flavor is still rich and bold. This process takes longer than Keurig, but about the same time as a traditional drip, but with much better results. Liked it so much that I bought a second one for my mother. Makes for a bolder flavor coffee for iced coffee.

Works well, very sturdy. Heavy and well made. Dishwasher safe.

I don not not why I stayed with my plastic pour over filter for so many years; I generally avoid plastic at all costs. I looked at many pour over filter, both steel with mesh and ceramic and finally settled on this one. The reviews on the steel filters with steel mesh inside seemed to indicate a clogging problem so I decided to go with ceramic and use the unbleached filters. This pour over filter fits perfectly onto the coffee mugs I use which have a wider base and a bit narrower opening. It does fit over mugs with a wider mouth but does not seem as secure a fit. I also decided against using the cone shaped filters that came with it since they are glued together and I do not know what is in the glue. I use unbleached brown colored basket type filter and they work very well. And they are cheaper.

Personable I hae coffee but my spouse is addicted to the stuff. This works as a simple solution to the morning cravings. It is also a way to filter other liquids. Travels well or can be used at home .

I needed a pour-over unit and did NOT want plastic! I did not want the chemicals in plastic leaching into my coffee when pouring boiling water in it. This ceramic cone is great & perfect for making a single cup of coffee. I've had no trouble with it going in the dishwasher. Also, I ordered the dark brown as I know coffee can stain over time.
