Just got my MacBook Air 2019 13.3” and I’m super happy with it! The condition was listed as excellent, and it really lives up to that—everything works perfectly and it looks great in person. There are a few tiny bumps on the hard shell case, but they’re barely noticeable unless you’re looking super close. Overall, it’s clean, runs smoothly, and was exactly what I was hoping for. Would definitely recommend buying from this seller!

The laptop arrived on time and it works great. For a refurbished laptop it looks and works great. Battery stays charged. All the programs run smoothly and light weight. Always wanted one but was out of reach due to price. Didn't know that the refurbished ones work great to. I am happy with my purchase.

This is their moto, I guess but don't believe it. 1 year ago I bought, through Amazon, a MacBook Air 2019 from them. What I got was a 2018 model, which was no huge deal but wasn't what was advertised. The real problem was that I noticed some of the keyboard keys seemed extra sensitive, which I thought was my poor typing skills or an adjustment in the settings somewhere so I kept the computer thinking I could resolve the issues. As time went on, past the 90 day return date, the keyboard issue seemed to get worse so eventually I took it to an Apple Store where they told me that several years of MacBook Airs had a problem with the keyboard and the only way to resolve the issue was to replace the keyboard at a cost of $400, but recommended that I buy another refurbished one that was an 2020 M1 or later model since those keyboards were redesigned not to have this issue. I should have sent it back immediately and that is on me but sending me a supposedly refurbished MacBook that was a year older and the keyboard not working properly is on them. I have tried contacting them about the issue and possible compensation of some sort but have received no reply.

It came in good condition. It works like new. I have had no problems with this product. I would gladly buy it again. It works great with my college class and more. It’s fast at loading its colors are bright and clear. The battery last me 4 days with no charging. The weight being light helps with traveling and the size makes it easy to pack away.

Giving 4 stars because I ordered my MacBook to be in excellent condition. When it came it had a few dings and scratches on the outside. It looked to be in maybe fair condition at best! The screen and keyboard appears to be in excellent condition and works great! It holds a charge well and the quality of it is good! Overall I’m happy with it! If you want an expensive laptop for a fraction of the cost, I highly recommend!

I was a bit skeptical but I couldn't be happier. Being a photographer I needed something that could be perfect for editing & emailing gallery’s to my clients & this MacBook Air came so sleek and smooth. it was well worth spending a little extra money to get such a solid computer. The design, portability, performance, display & operating system are well rounded & in my opinion just great !!

Great computer, works well. The sound is really bad, however. It makes popping noise when any noise plays and sounds like a really bad speaker but only at times. Not to mention the charger is extremely hard to unplug and the laptop lags after a while of being used

very nervous at first to get it, but it came in very good condition. The sound quality is amazing. The charger works perfect like everything is absolutely perfect. This is definitely something that might be a little risky, but it won’t disappoint.
