Can you buy additional height adjustment pieces separately to make the footrest higher?

I haven't seen additional height adjustment pieces, but that would have been nice to have. I'm 5'1" and as it is, the footrest is too low and doesn't offer the support I need. I have used a small rolled up towel in between the sections and that helps, but an additional piece would have been great.

Will this help my feet from swelling?

It will help some. Very comfortable and elevates the feet

Do the 2 pieces come completely apart if needed? And do the 2 pieces zipper together or velcro together?

The 2 pieces zip together- front and back. The velcro is on the corners, and they keep it nicely together, but easy to pull apart. I LOVE foot rest so much.
