Under Armour Men's Armour Heatgear Compression Shorts

I’m a 52 yo Jujitsu Brown belt and lifetime martial arts enthusiast. I ordered many different types of compression shorts/underwear for wearing under my gi. These were by far the best brand under $30 for supporting the peas and the carrot (OMBs?). They provide good compression while being very comfortable at the same time. You may see some complaints about them being too tight or too snug. Those are from people that don't know what compression shorts are supposed to feel like. They're compression shorts they're supposed to be snug Dumas. I think these would be good for other intense activities where support is necessary but you're not wearing a cup. They have a cell phone pocket, if you're an idiot and you need to carry your phone while you're scooting or pulling guard. They are correctly sized. If you wear a L underwear, then the L short is the one to buy. They feel great under the gi and work well for no gi as well (underneath your shorts please). Yes, they're a little pricey compared to regular athletic underwear but they're durable and keep everything in place when you're riding and choking sweaty men. Shout out to C Jones.

Never wore these or UA till I tried them. I've since bought many pairs. Comfortable as you could think. Side pocket is awesome. Great breathability and room for movement. If anything go up a size as they're compression shorts. Look great as well. Best in the bizz IMO. They go on sale constantly, so great way to stretch your money.

I love these, they are perfect for running, I have an iPhone 16 pro max and they hold my phone in the thigh pocket perfectly and it doesn't bounce around at all. They are very durable, as expected after a few years they start to tear, but I trained for 3 half marathons, 1 marathon, an ran about 40-50 miles per week for 2 years before the first pair I bought became unusable, so I’d say it’s easily worth the price and a high quality product as always from underarmor.

Good compression shorts Nice fit and comfortable

Overall, these are very good compression shorts with just one or two little minor gripes that I have. The price is definitely good and under Armour makes great products to begin with. I will say that I actually prefer the Nike brand over these for one simple reason. The crotch area these seems to have a weird pattern that seems to leave me with extra fabric punching up on my thighs, which can be mildly annoying however, the ventilation on these is very good. The compression is just right and I like the fact that these are a 6 inch version. I have shorter legs so the standard eight or 9 inch length of most compression shorts can be a bit too long for me and end up hitting over my knees, which remind me more of a pair of jammer’s compression shorts. You have several colors to choose from. I’m just basic and get black and white. However, they’re great workouts or God forbid running. The waistband elastic is tight without being overly constructive and I haven’t had any issues with them rolling down, even though I have a tiny bit of a gut which I’m still working on ha ha. They’re actually quite comfortable to wear other than the aforementioned punching at the crotch, but I would definitely recommend purchasing these over some of the cheap brands here on Amazon as these are definitely more durable and will hold up for a lot longer than some of those $19 multi packs.

I bought these shorts for one reason: chub rub. If you know, you know. Hot day, sweaty round, and suddenly your inner thighs are auditioning for a role in Survivor: Friction Island. These compression shorts are the cure. Slip them on and boom ... smooth sailing. I can walk all 18 holes without waddling like a cowboy fresh off a weeklong cattle drive. They are snug but comfortable, breathable enough that I don’t feel like I am shrink-wrapped, and they keep everything exactly where it should be. I never thought I would write a love letter to underwear, but here we are. If you play golf, run, or just want to survive summer without your thighs waging war on each other, these are worth every penny. No more chafing, no more awkward “penguin walk,” just clean swings and happy skin.

Material is breathable and dries quickly in the wash.

I recently bought the Under Armour Men's HG Armour Shorts, and they’re fantastic! The fit is perfect—not too tight, not too loose. They sit comfortably on the waist and don’t ride up or slip down during workouts. The material is soft, stretchy, and very breathable, which keeps me cool and comfortable, even during intense training sessions. These shorts are perfect for everything from running to weightlifting, and I barely notice I’m wearing them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, comfortable gym shorts!

I bought these compression shorts for the gym and walking in hot countries. Here are my thoughts after a month of use: Appearance - The black shorts are sleek and have standard branding on the waist and right quad. They have a slight shine owing to the synthetic materials. The phone pocket is on the right leg. Function - The shorts have a snug fit around the legs and groin. The waist can feel tight after an hour or so as it compresses. When exercising or walking in hot climates, I felt they kept me cool and didn’t get soggy from sweat. They can accommodate a fair bit of stretch and minimise chafing, which is helpful for different leg movements. The phone pocket is handy, but I rarely use it outside the home as I wear looser shorts over these anyway. I wouldn’t wear these when lounging around the house, as the compression can be uncomfortable after a while. Durability - My shorts have had no rips or loose threads so far. They’ve survived several wash and high-heat tumble dry cycles without issue. I can see them lasting me a fair while before the elastic starts to loosen. Comparison - There are much cheaper options out there, but for the price point I think these offer a good combination of comfort, quality and durability. Overall - I’ve enjoyed using these shorts, and will likely continue with them for months/years to come. Would happily buy again.

Love them, they fit great nice and snug. I use them for jujitsu and workouts. They stay in place even through lots of movement. Definitely recommend
