Beautiful craftsmanship.
It’s beautiful. My wife loves the look of it so much she won’t use it to froth the hot chocolate, so I can’t say if it works. She displays it on our mantle.

Excellent Craftsmanship
I am so pleased with this molinillo. I was a bit concerned after reading all the reviews for other brands. There were no broken bits or splinters, or even rough edges for that matter. This product is very well made, and beautiful art in itself.

Beautiful and traditional
I gave this as a gift to someone who loves to make Mexican hot chocolate. It works well for frothing the milk but you do have to put effort into it. I like the old world style and the history, but if I am being practical, I would just buy a milk frother. Clearly, this was not just about the drink.

Just right for single cup or small pan. Too small for a large pan or whole pitcher. Beautifully handcrafted item. Packed well for shipping during pre-Christmas rush.

Awesome looking and great quality
Very cool looking. Loved the idea of this, but I’m not going to be using this to froth my milk or cocoa as advertised. It is beautiful but using it to froth my milk or cocoa will get stuff in all the little tiny crevices that will never get clean.

Good quality
The quality is nice. It is made from a single piece of wood. The size is perfect and works well for making Mexican hot cocoa.

Not long enough
I had not ever heard of this utensil, but it was so pretty. I decided to get it for Mexican hot chocolate. I purchased the shorter one, because I did not think I would make a big kettle. However, even though it is for a shorter use, the handle needs to be longer, since it needs stability, whether you are using it in a cup, or a kettle. This one is not long enough to not spin out of your hands, while you are using it. It also is a little rough cut and more so then I would think it would be for the amount of promotion given to it for its hand craftsmanship. I don’t like that the name is on the item , but I got this one, because it was for a cup. I’ll probably repurchase one without the namebrand and figure out how to make it in a kettle or look for a smaller one that has a longer handle.
