I'm 5'1, what would be a good size for my height?

I'm 5'1 as well. I have both the 55 and 65cm Exercise balls. Both work perfect. Reading online though I read the 55 CM is for 5'1. Hope that helps.

It will absolutely hold up. With the hijinks me and the guys at my work get up to, mine regularly holds upwards of 400 lbs (don't ask)...not bouncing, although it would still probably hold up fine if we were. Although for your height, you should probably get the 75cm. I got the 65cm, and I'm happy with it, but I'm only 5'7. Mine feels totally sturdy.
