Should be cheaper, as the production cost is approximately zero. I'd buy a lot more if I didn't feel like I was being gauged. They're good and useful, at least. But I often find other solutions, and just buy these once in awhile.

I like the watermelon flavor a lot. I tried the lemon-lime and found out it didn't agree with me. I'd suggest trying just one bottle of tablets directly from a store first, if you can. Flavors are so specific to a person that what one person likes, another hates. Happy to find these in boxes of 4 on Amazon. These are a basic electrolyte with a bare minimum of sugar and no caffeine. They work well for me on heavy workouts and longer runs. The price is right - not as expensive as some other more highly advertised brands. These also work for me when traveling. I break a couple of tablets in half and use half in my water bottle on very long flights. The tablets are a lot easier to pack than powders. Less messy. No TSA issues. Perfect for keeping up with my running or gym workouts on vacation.

You can read the ingredients for yourself but a description does little for the taste. This one in particular, the watermelon was also taste tested by a kindergartener and whole house loved! Being a busy active and post surgery mother staying hydrated is a daunting task. Call me the usual but I think 2 cups of coffee counts as keeping up with my liquids knowing full well the caffeine is dehydrating. The entire household, myself included, is really picky on brand of water. The day just hasn't come yet to get a filtration system for at home. We live in a small town where ordering online is necessary to get natural/organic brands which also means finding essentia or fiji water means racing to the local grocery as the truck to restock pulls in because the small shelf is wiped out fast! Often we are stuck buying a less favourable water, which is tolerable but with young picky boys who will drink tons of water.. only if I buy the right one it's nice to have an option for flavouring and getting some extra good stuff in there. Which brings me to the actual electrolyte part! Due to allergies and hyperactivity anything with dye in it is off limits for our home. Sugar is just not great all around either and if you have ever looked at the back of a gatorade you'll be disgusted! I want myself and my children to be hydrated, healthy, and happy and not have to drink something that doesn't taste good or wage a war with my pickiest son to just take one for the team. Vitamin Water Zero is another great option but it doesn't beat a water bottle filled with plain old water! For myself personally I was drinking tons of water with a few drops of lemon but found I still felt incredible thirsty. I found it to be much worst at night coupled with hormonal hot flashes and night sweats, drinking more and more, then getting up frequently to use the bathroom. Oh what a mess! I can't recommend this product enough. Physically I feel better. I'm back to sleeping through the night. I drink a large glass of water with a single tablet dropped in and I'm actually satisfied! The hormonal hot flashes at night have actually toned down as well and I find myself much more comfortable in the evenings.

My body has been really really tight. I started drinking this Nuun with water and I swear in two days my body began to relax No tightness in my thighs or legs or arms. That 's what I am talking about!

Nuun packets work great for me in the hot Texas summer months because I can drop a half tablet in a normal water bottle for a lighter taste, or 2 in my Stanley, or anywhere in between depending on how much I need. Whereas with hydration packets, it's messy if I try to save a half of a bag when I need just 0.5 or 1.5 for a larger water bottle - Nuun is more convenient and transportable in my tennis bag. I also find myself drinking more water when I have Nuun in it because I like the taste, especially watermelon.
