I first got a small OXO which was too small. This Farberware is better than the OXO, less expensive and has so many well thought out features. It has a circular rubber grip on the bottom so it doesn't slip when you turn the handle. It takes all the water out leaving the veggies dry. The top clips in place so it doesn't dislocate when you're spinning. Easy to turn the handle. Spouts for adding water and pouring it out. Excellent quality non BPA plastic, very sturdy. Nice colors. I spent a lot of time comparing spinners online and this one seemed the best. I'm very happy with it. Nice size. I make salads for myself and can store leftovers in the spinner.

Mine was broken I waited a few weeks then it arrived with a crack so I don't no how it performed

This product is worth the extra money in my opinion, its not flimsy, its the largest i could find and does the job well!! The knob broke on my last salad spinner, i think this can last my lifetime
