## Description

The Titan X Expandable Lunch Pack has two insulated compartments, provides double capacity when expanded, and includes 3 high performance Ice Walls that, in combination with the lunch pack, can provide up to 8 hours of fridge cold performance (under 40°F) and up to 12 hours of cool and fresh performance (under 50°F)! To provide more interior space, the Ice Walls are designed to fit inside zippered, exterior pockets- this means that you can pack lunch the night before, refrigerate it, and insert the frozen Ice Walls in the morning without losing any of the cold by opening the lunch pack. The interior of the lunch pack features Deep Freeze high performance insulation, radiant heat barrier, and an Ultra Safe easy clean lining with Microban to help protect against bacteria that causes odors and stains. The exterior material is durable, water resistant and wipes clean easily. The lunch pack is designed to be carried vertically or horizontally and includes two padded handles and a removable, adjustable shoulder strap.

**Q: Is this bag leakproof?**
A: I've never spilled anything inside, but the sweat from the ice walls stay inside. I absolutely love this bag... The stuff in the two outside compartments have always stayed completely dry.

**Q: What is the warranty?**
A: THEY DO have a “warranty” of some kind. Arctic Zone customer service is amazing. Just visit their website and there’s a warranty request form there. I know because I just submitted a claim a week ago (for a 3 year old lunchbox I had from them i loved and was on its last legs), and they just sent me THIS titan lunchbox free of charge. I didn’t even have my old receipt. Just sent some photos of how crummy it was and they sent another. Amazing service.

**Q: How do you remove the ice walls?**
A: I am having the same problem.   I do not have the ability to unzip or remove the ice walls from this bag

**Q: How are you supposed to freeze the ice packs if they don’t come out of the lunch box?**
A: There are zipper pockets that hold the 3 ice packs. Just unzip ‘em and remove them for freezing.
The zippers are on the outside of the pack, so you don’t even have to open the bag to get at them.

Le caben 2 tuppers uno mediano y otro grande, además viene con hielos que son muy efectivos. Sí mantiene la comida en su temperatura por unos 4-6 hrs. Es de buen material y fácil de limpiar. Me gustaría que además pudiera tener espacio para un thermo de café pequeño, pero ya es pedir mucho.
