No sorry he used on an arbor, which is hard to tell. he used 1 gallon out of 2 gallons. He had some kind of a white fungus on the wood? Have you had that experience?

Easy to follow instructions

I followed the instructions, not sure how to determine long term success with the product now, but assuming this works as well as I've seen online, I'm expecting that it's worth the money spent. Had no issues with leakage or anything else, am happy with everything and glad I took this extra step in my barn remodel.

The real deal, use with care.

This is as advertised, I applied it with a plastic 1 gallon pump sprayer at about 5:1 for the boracare and added a 5th of the mold care to each batch. Mix it using hot water. It was dry in 12 hours and the odor is similar to a strong detergent, and disappears as it dries. I selected this product because it was used on several homes after Katrina with good results.
