This product is not very sweet and does not mix well. Even after stirring there are clumps. And it's expensive. I still might buy it again because the taste is good. Update 2/26. I mix a tablespoon of this chocolate and a scoop of collagen powder, then pour in the hot coffee. It mixes pretty well then. Then I add some Orgain chocolate protein drink. Very yummy!
