I'm very impressed with this product. For some background, I used this stuff on a pearl white 2012 Ford F250 diesel crew cab that sits outside under a Bradford pear tree when parked in my driveway. The pears drop onto the truck and the residue is not easily removed. I live in Indiana and I will only take my vehicles through a car wash maybe twice during the winter. The car wash doesn't do anything to remove the residue even if the power wash the spots before going in the wash. I have been pretty good keeping it washed and waxed for the years I've owned it. My go to had always been a wet/dry spray wax that I had used for over 10 years on all my vehicles and travel trailer. It was super easy to apply, spray on then wipe off. Even for a big vehicle, only a few hours to get through all of it. I became frustrated as the wax I was using didn't seem to keep the pear residue from sticking to the finish, so I set off to find something else. I had spent a lot of time looking and have tried many other products over the years when I came upon this. After reading the reviews and seeing the pics, I thought I would give it a shot. I knew I would have prep work since I had the pear residue to remove. I clay barred the whole car, then spray foamed the car, followed with hand washing to ensure all the dirt and residue was removed. Before starting the wax, I dried the car thoroughly. I methodically applied wax to 2 panels, then buffed off before moving onto the next panels. With the truck being white, it was very hard to see if the wax was applied evenly and because it is a paste, definitely required more umph to apply given I was used to spray wax. Removing was more effort than I was expecting even when comparing to past paste waxes I've used. I resisted the urge to get out the buffer and opted to continue on by hand. I used 2 micro fiber cloths to remove,1 to take off the initial coat then another to buff to a shine. I changed my cloths 3 times; used 6 rags. I'd say for the waxing alone I spent 4 hours applying, wiping off then buffing. The truck is big and I had to get on a ladder to get some areas. So far I am very surprised how much I like the result. It is hard to describe, but the finish just looks more durable; it looks almost like polished glass with depth to it. The pearl finish looks amazing in the sunlight. My advice if you choose this product is to have patience and put in the effort to make sure you vehicle is clean and dry before starting. Be prepared to work to put on and take off to achieve a beautiful result. All in all, I spent 12 hours over 2 days on my truck with the waxing and clay barring taking most of the effort. I would not recommend this for someone looking for something quick. Best of luck!

I was looking for a good car wax for some time and I kept seeing this one pop up as being recommended by multiple people as well as many detail shops. I have to say after a month the water still beats and runs off the car and on a weekly basis I simply spray the car with foam and hose off and it looks brand new. We'll see how it holds up after 3 months since the longevity of this one is between 4 to 6 months. I love the fact that it's rated highest for durability of car washes UV and everyday chemicals from acidic rain to bird droppings. So far it's highly recommended and it's very effective. Application is very smooth and the removal process is less demanding than others.

I chose this product for the long lasting UV protection and hydrophobic properties. The product I received was a little old, 28 months old to be exact, according to the DOM printed on the container. The wax seemed to go on very easy and wipe off very easy, but I don’t think i buffed it off adequately after reading some of the other reviews. I noticed in direct afternoon sun, a couple of cloudy splotches on the drivers side door panels, I believe from incomplete removal of the product. I think I need to wash it and give it a better wipe down. It looked completely clean, shiny, and pristine in the shade when I applied and removed it. The paint feels slick and smooth to the touch after application.

What an AWESOME SHINE this product produces! I am very pleased with the results. I did my entire '26 Roswell Green Metallic Corvette Z06 convertible today, and the paint looks like a MIRROR now, and is very slick to the touch. Granted, my car is only a few months old and is always garaged, so the paint is very new. If your car's paint isn't so new, you would want to clay bar it to remove any contamination before using any wax or ceramic product. Being a paste wax, it took some time to apply it to all of the paint surfaces and buff it all off, but it only took me maybe three hours total. From now on I will use the spray version after washes, which will be MUCH quicker - but for new paint I wanted to use the paste wax to get very good protection on the entire car. I used a microfiber applicator pad with a sponge inside to apply the wax. I had to work it into the wax well, as the wax in the container is quite hard - so it took awhile to get the applicator to have enough wax on it to apply it to the car. This got easier as I worked more wax out of the container onto the applicator pad. I did the car section by section, and you don't need much of this product on a section. I used only enough to get the section completely covered in a thin layer of the wax. It's very easy to see when you have enough on a section, and the paint should be completely covered with no bare-looking spots. I let the wax sit for a few minutes on the section before wiping it with a microfiber towel to remove most of the wax, then buffed the section with a different clean new microfiber towel. Each buffing towel became the wiping-off towel for the next section, and I used a new microfiber towel to buff each new section. I fold the towels in half, then in half again, which gives me 8 different surfaces for each towel. You always want to buff each section with a clean new towel to remove all of the wax and get the high-gloss shine. I only had to use a total of six 12' X 12" microfiber towels to wipe and buff the entire car. The towels are super cheap on Amazon these days, so i simply tossed them in the trash instead of trying to wash all the wax out of them. I highly recommend this product! Just be prepared to go slow and put in a little work with it. It will take more work to apply and buff off than a liquid wax would, but I think the results are well worth the effort for a good base coat of paint protection on a new car like mine.

Works fantastic here in AZ. Your car MUST be perfectly clean I mean no water spots either, this product will show water spots or any dirt this Ceramic paint protection product. If car car is in bad shape you should clay bar it. I had to literally cleaned a section at a time as I got to the area to apply this product. It works totally over the top great with great durability. A clean paint surface is critical, applying the product is easy as waxing your vehicle. I was having issues with car paint protection products lasting a month, this product is amazing. My truck looks better than when I bought it new.

------------ Updated review (January 3, 2025)------------ After using this product for approximately 18 months, here are a couple of things I've discovered. 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: As others have noted, this product does indeed seem to last much, much longer than the original "goopy" Turtle Wax paste (referenced in my first review below). A single coat of this, appears to last at least as long as three coats of the original Turtle Wax (about a year). 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: I've discovered if you soak the container in very, very warm (not hot) water, it goes on far easier. Even at room temperature (~75°), the consistency is akin to bee's wax. However, if you allow the container to soak for ~30-minutes in 120° water (fully submerged, with the lid on), application and removal is a breeze, especially on a summer day. 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹: Still not keen on dated product; however, the overall performance and longevity of the finish have far exceeded my expectations and, for that, it earns back the two stars it originally lost. ------------ Original Review ------------ 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸: The product I received was remarkably dated stock. In my case, almost two years old (21 months, to be exact). And while Turtle Wax corporate assures me that their products have a 7-10 year shelf life across the board, the reality is that no matter what I do, I'll have two fewer years of "life" from this product and, for that, it loses two stars. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆/𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: As to the product, itself, it seems decent, as far as protective treatments go, albeit incredibly hard/solid and difficult to apply smoothly, especially when compared to the "goopiness" and ease of application of regular Turtle Wax. Having never used this product before, I'm uncertain if the rigidity is due to its advanced age (i.e. it's dried up) or if this is normal. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵/𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: The product seems to be nothing too prolific as to garner praise; however, it's definitely not lacking. To be perfectly honest, after washing the vehicle with a robust solution of Dawn and water (to strip away the old wax), and applying this new wax, I simply didn't see the difference others seem to have noted. Perhaps, if I didn't have a white vehicle, the color would "pop" as it has for other reviewers. That aside, the resulting physical finish (how smooth/slick it feels when sliding fingers across the surface) seems no better than the regular Turtle Wax I've used lo these past 40'ish years; however, it wasn't lackluster, either. Additionally, a visual inspection didn't yield any notable improvements, or detriments, in the vehicle's appearance in comparison to the original Turtle Wax. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: All in all, this seems to be on par with the original Turtle Wax - no better or worse. That being said, I can't help but question if it was worth the relatively exorbitant price tag as compared to regular Turtle Wax luster and overall shine. I can usually get a solid year's worth of protection from three coats of the original Turtle Wax. I suppose we'll see how well this wax lasts with time. I'll try to remember to update my review with the results.

Really very very impressive results. I used lot of polish and waxes but this one is best of best from Turtle wax. Gloss is owsome on my Black thar. Easy wipe off with great shine. People noticed your car looks different from others. Thanks to supplier for orignal product and thanks to Turtle wax company.
