Anthony's Active Dry Yeast Packets, Contains 42 Individual Packets, Gluten Free

This is great product!! Solved my issue, been in a tropical year round climate hot n humid, came back to USA in Nebraska where its fall and the yeast I bought locally just doesn't rise for hours n hours in colder temps, can't imagine full winter. My sour dough was half the height. Changed to more protein flour in the mix, plus this yeast, and in 1 hour it was already looking ready to do final proofing (shocked), was expecting 3 hours. Tonight my bread came out looking great, and taste is awesome. And, bread is airy and crunchy crust, perfecto.

I have sourdough starter, and my batch is nice and old. I grew up on sourdough breads, desserts and pancakes, but my late mother also taught me to appreciate regular yeasted breads and pastries. I ordered two packages of this yeast. One is enough to last me a year or more. The other made me suddenly the bestest friend and auntie in 20 miles 'round. My niece runs for all of my groceries, and so I hadn't kept an eye on inflation. What I paid is reaaonable compared to what's offered at the supermarket. My small circle and I are preparing to make Easter kulich in the traditional cans. I'm happy to share this yeast with them.

I always buy their millet so decided to try their yeast. I think I made a couple of mistakes, but yet came out with the best bread. It is so easy to use and works well. Will always have it on hand now.

Great yeast. I just wish the packets were separated or easy to separate with serration.
