HA1® Nonstick, 2-Piece Fry Pan Set, Induction Ready

I love love love these frying pans. You can FRY a STEAK and then wipe it clean with a paper towel when you’re done, nothing sticks!!. Minimal effort when it comes to cleaning. My only wish is that it came with lids!

I got these to replace my current nonstick, which replaced my also recently purchased nonstick. Both were well rated (don’t know why). First one had a nice looking wooden handle that made pan very tippy. Second one lost its non stick right away. So third time, I decided to spring for something that would hopefully be nicer. Bingo! These are nice pans. Good non-stick. Well balanced. Even heat. Heavier than expected but that’s probably a good thing. Too soon to tell about durability. Handle shape feels a little odd in my hand but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. I got a killer open box deal, but I would be happy to pay full price for these.

I'm very happy with these pans. I have had Teflon-coated pans and they never seem to remain non-stick for very long despite being careful with them. I have tried other anodized pans and ceramic-coated pans but none compared to the quality and non-stick properties of these. These pants are sturdy, durable and very non-stick. The handles are not the most comfortable but they are strong. There are two fasteners inside the pan that connect the handle to it. The fasteners are not non-stick but overall the pans are terrific. These are great products!

I bought these after a good deal of research, perhaps the most important thing I learned being, when buying non-stick, don't spend too little and don't spend too much. Too little gets you pans without good mass (for distributing and holding heat) and possibly a finish that won't last. Too little is just silly. non-stick pans last 3 to 5 years even if you take really good care of them... spending more doesn't change this. So I like All -Clad as a company and these products are priced about right. They've proven good and durable and I like the steel base. Very solid. One thing to mention though: These are NOT good omelet pans as the shape doesn't allow easy flipping and sliding as you likely want to do for an omelet. I bought a separate 8" omelet pan from another brand for that.

The pans work great. It is a pleasure to cook with them. The 4 stars? I just don't love the handles. They are concave and a little uncomfortable to grab.

Best ever

Cooked with one of these pans on a trip to my brother's house. They made perfect, browned on the outside, a bit runny on the inside, omelets that turned well on his electric-burner cooktop. I fell in love with them, and had to buy my own set. So-far, they don't work quite as well on my induction cooktop because it isn't perfectly level, but are pretty good. I need to experiment with the heat, etc. Cleanup is so much easier with these pans than with my stainless steel skillets. Won't know about scratch resistance until I have used them for a year or so. I did purchase silicone pan protectors to place between them when I stack them for storage, to minimize scratching, and my wooden and plastic spatulas shouldn't cause abrasion. 2nd review. It is 7 months later and these pans are exceeding expectations--even though I left my largest pan overnight on a burner that had been turned down to a temperature of about 250 degrees. The next morning, there was a strong smell from the grease that had dripped off some sausages that had been stir-fried with vegetables in that pan, but it cleaned up very nicely with no warping, surface flaking or other damage to the pan. Two weeks ago, I saw a set that included the 12' skillet and lid offered at a great price in the Prime day sale. I bought the set, and have used that large skillet at least once a day ever since. I'll give the 8" and 12" skillets from the set to a good friend as a thank-you gift, while retaining the original 8 and 12" skillets. Just wish the All-Clad people would add a large wok with handles on each side plus lid, to its offerings.

Love these frying pans. wish I had purchased them earlier.

Living alone I can use the pans only do much in four months, yet they already aged quite a lot. Not dishwasher safe to any extent. The only upside is that the integrity of the internal nonstick coating at least is still there. I agree with the reviewers that complained about the handle shape: the large pan is heavy and thus a good grip (here lacking) is extremely important.

Bought as a gift for my kids, they have praised the item to be truly non-stick & of practical size and depth.

Sempre fui muito fã dos produtos da All-Clad. Sei de su excelente qualidade e durabilidade. Infelizmente o custo de importação é muito alto e impeditivo para ter uma coleção na cozinha. Entretanto, tive a sorte de ver a promoção da Amazon e cries a coragem de comprar. Valeu cada centavo gasto. Pena que nnao tem outras promoções com os demais produtos da All Clad. So como exemplo, um ovo sendo frito sem nenhum oleo, desliza na panela

I'm happy with these pans. They were a bit cheaper 3 years ago when i first bought them, but i liked them so much that even with the price increase i bought them again. They lasted me a long time before the non stick surface started to peel. Even heat distribution, easy to clean, nothing sticks, all you need is maybe a little bit of cooking spray to prolong it. I use them almost daily and theyve lasted me maybe 3 years, which is better than other pans ive gotten at more expensive prices.

If you want the best, this is it. Love them.
