Work great in my VW T5 doors
Just finished fitting these in my VW T5 to replace the factory ones that had both blown. They sound great! You obviously need the correct speaker pod for them to fit correctly. I made my own by cutting 2 18mm thick MDF rings per speaker to give an overall added clearance of 36mm from the door. This seems to be enough for my application. As they don’t foul the window and the door card fitted back with no issue. Still early days but for the money so far so good.

Ace speakers but make sure to measure.
Love these speakers. Powerful output that’s so loud and clear. Upgraded my old Caddy ones and what a difference it has made. These speakers are deep so be sure to measure. As mine were upgrades I was able to use mounting rings which meant the windows were able to clear the back of the speaker. You’ll need a 3” space to the rear. Mounting rings took a couple of inches off this. Highly recommend.

Massive upgrade over JBL
Incredible quality and performance. Are very deep compared to most car speakers so you will need to check for clearance of window mechanism. Huge upgrade over far more expensive JBL speakers that failed.

They are cheap for a reason. They are not good. They work OK with the tweeters but don't sound much better than the standard speakers They replaced. They are louder but have no punch whatsoever. Get what you pay for, average sound for a budget speaker I guess.

Vibe make excellent speakers. caraudiosecurityuk on here do not package them properly.
I know these are excellent high power mid bass speakers. I already have 10 of them. This set were sent to me in their shelf display box, no extra packaging and nothing to protect them during shipping which resulted in the cones being crushed. From pictures posted by other reveiwers it is clear to see this is a regular issue. The speakers themselves are excellent, i have not found any other model that offers this much power for this kind of price, My kenwoods sound cleaner but were four times the price !. As ever make sure you are driving them with enough power and correctly set gain as they are not very tolerant of being under powered or receiving a clipped signal.
