If you need any help or assistance, feel free to give us a call we are happy to help! Best Regards, APEC Support Team 800-880-4808. **Q: What kind of water ph levels does this filter produce?** A: It is about ph9 plus. I tested with a alkaline bottled water that the ph was almost the same. **Q: I am only getting a cup - 2 cups worth of water before pressure drops very low, it does not give me 3-5 gallons before slowing down, how can i fix?** A: Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting APEC. After dispensing 2 cups and pure water pressure slows down, please kindly check if the water storage tank is light or heavy. If it is light, this would indicate there is a possible filter clog due to higher particles in water so replacing the stages 1-3 filters usually take care of this. If the tank is heavy full of water, this would indicate it is a tank issue. We have simple test instructions we can send to determine the actual cause. Please contact our customer service by phone or email during M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm pacific time we will help take care of this quickly. Thanks. Best Regards APEC Customer Services **Q: Does this come with/include all filters/UV? filter** A: Hello, the system comes with all filters, parts, and tubing necessary for installation. It is recommended to also have a drill to help with installation. Best Regards, APEC Support Team 800-880-4808. ## Frequently Bought Together - APEC TDSMETER Digital Water Quality TDS Tester Meter with Carrying Case, 0 to 1999 ppm Measurement Range, 1 ppm Resolution, 2% Readout Accuracy - HoneForest TDS Meter | Total Dissolved Solids Meter | Water Quality Tester |Water Testing | Digital Drinking Water Aquarium & Hydroponics | High-Accuracy Water Purity Tester (White) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/289366039-apec-water-systems-tdsmeter-water-quality-tds-meter-tester-0](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/289366039-apec-water-systems-tdsmeter-water-quality-tds-meter-tester-0) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
