Staying strong.
I was taking around 26 supplements every day for about two years and then my son in line introduce me to the supplements and it equals the amount of the 26 I was taking and I feel great and energized in the morning and ready for my day. I believe it's a good product and it's helped me a bunch. I also hired a trainer three times a week and I've lost 80 pounds so I'm really pleased, try it !

some are huge and hard to swallow
I wish there was a better explanation on the packaging as to which supplement is which. Some of these are quite large and hard to swallow. Also, I wish I could get this in a liquid form. It seems to cause me to burp a lot, but hoping after a few more days that to subside.

Shriveled up and leaking vitamins
Package arrived with leaking vitamins. They look like old products. And we do mot have a retirn option for some reason. Not good!
