Mucho protein
I've been noticing that I get energy slumps a couple of times a day. One post breakfast (the time, not the brand of cereal) and one around lunchtime. Since I have exclusively a fresh salad for lunch I figure that I'm not getting much of a calorie boost for the afternoon. I don't want to add carbs since the boost will be followed by the crash and make things worse.A friend pointed out that there's not a ton of protein in these meals, and that might make a difference. So I tried initially a popular over-the-counter protein shake and (a) I rather liked the taste (to my slight surprise) and (b) it did seem to make a difference. After a little only search, I landed in the Fairlife brand which has a *lot* more protein for not much more calories. So I've switched to this brand and I have to say it's working well. I actually use about half a bottle as a "dessert" after the meal since I have noticed a strong urge for sugar post lunch (yeah, gummy bears, I'm looking at you). Taking a glug of this protein shake has pretty much eliminated that particular jones. So I can freely use my willpower elsewhere, though it wasn't working all that well anyway. So, strong recommendation for this brand--a little on the pricier side but well worth it.

Instantly became a staple
I have a bunch of weird health issues, so supplementing with one of these every day or so seems to help a lot.The biggest thing is that they taste great. The vanilla is my favorite but they all taste like straight up milkshakes. They’re delicious and filling. They make a great meal supplement. It’s way more protein than I could possibly need all at once, so I crack one in the morning and keep it in my fridge and sort of sip on it throughout the day. They have way better ingredients than similar brands and they’re so easy to grab and go when I’m sick and barely hanging in there. I know a lot of people drink them for other reasons but those are mine and that’s how they’ve helped me.Weird pro tip: if you’re short on your protein and thirsty? Pour a yummy prebiotic soda of your choice in to a big glass of ice and add a shot or two of the vanilla protein shake! My gym buddy turned me on to it, but it’s a healthier Italian soda basically! It’s actually really tasty!

Protein!
Tastes great comes quick. It’s pricey but my son says he thinks it’s worth it and continues to reorder it as it is a little better cost wise on amazon than in store. It is super convenient to have it delivered

Best protein drink I can find
The only protein I like. It’s delicious and I have had huge gains using this protein shake over others. I’ve tried them all and this one is the ticket. Work hard in the gym, drink your protein and you will definitely see results.

Delicious
As a picky eater let me just say this was absolutely delicious. I can’t believe I got 41 grams of protein for once and it wasn’t a hassle.

Good protein content, decent taste, but expensive
I really like the Core Power Elite Vanilla 42g protein shake for what it delivers nutritionally. The 42g of protein per bottle is a huge plus and makes it super convenient for post-workout recovery or when I need a quick high-protein option without mixing powders. The texture is smooth and creamy, almost like drinking milk, and it’s easy on the stomach. It definitely feels like a premium ready-to-drink shake in terms of quality and convenience. That said, the vanilla flavor is just okay—not bad, but not amazing either. It has a slightly artificial sweetness compared to a real milkshake taste, and I’ve had better-tasting protein drinks. Also, the price is on the high side, especially if you’re using it regularly.Pros:-Very high protein (42g per bottle)-Smooth, creamy texture-Convenient ready-to-drink option-Good for post-workout recoveryCons:-Vanilla flavor is average-Expensive for daily use-Can feel a bit overly sweetOverall: A great option if your priority is high protein and convenience, but the taste and price may not make it an everyday staple for everyone.

Best tasting protein beverage
One bottle was damaged, but I opened it and it was fine. This Fairlife company had some controversy which I sincerely hope they resolved because the product itself is the best protein beverage I have ever tasted. I love the chocolate and the vanilla in my cold coffee. Strawberry is good on its own or blended with berries. Just DO NOT FREEZE these or the texture goes bad. Also, though, don't drink them warm or slightly cool. The only way to drink these is VERY cold! And then they are so good!

Delicious and good for you
This product was a gift to my family in England. It's my second purchase of it for my daughter who is unwell. I was very pleased to hear that she loves it and was ordering another tray of it for herself.
