Ok I need tissues, not just a few. And this kit economically fills the bill. The fact that there is no smell, oils or other extras is a plus. When they get low you know from the color change. And I never feel guilty using more than few for convenience. I do not advise they be used them for travel as travel demands fewer stronger tissues over bulk supply.

I started purchasing Kleenex® Professional Facial Tissue (21606) because the Kleenex Multi-Care facial tissue was discontinued several years ago. The design pattern and the low-profile of the box is the most similar to the pattern and box of the Multi-Care facial tissue. The only upside is that the Professional Facial Tissue (21606) is made in the USA, while Multi-Care was made in China. This Professional Facial Tissue is fine if you've only ever used a standard Kleenex tissue –– but for those of us who had the pleasure of enjoying a larger-sized tissue with a box and tissue fold designed so only one tissue was dispensed, we will continue to grieve that the Multi-Care tissue was discontinued. To the manufacturer, Kimberly-Clark Corporation: If Multi-Care was discontinued due to disappointing sales, please consider bringing back the Multi-Care product (tissue size, fold, and box) without the name, just the product description: Large-size facial tissue. For years, I had hesitated purchasing Multi-Care because I thought I would be purchasing something more like a napkin or paper towel. What was a consumer supposed to expect with a name like Multi-Care? I am speculating that you never needed to discontinue Multi-Care; you just needed to delete the name. I am aware that you market a large tissue, but it's in a larger, predominately black box. Please bring back Multi-Care.

Our household is old-fashioned in that we have solid oak tissue box holders in each of our bathrooms. Stores around us no longer carry the size of tissue box that will fit; they've all gone to carrying higher boxes - pretty boxes, but too large for our oak holders. We don't want cardboard boxes sitting in our bathrooms, no matter how pretty they are. These fit perfectly and purchase was a great price.

Quality

I have been using this product for years. Recently the quality has been plummeting. 1. The fan fold that allows one sheet to follow the next one as they are pulled out of the box fails. Pull a sheet and the next sheet does not follow. Now you have to dig to get them started but a gob of sheets come out at once. This happens multiple times per box. 2. Tissue quality has degraded. It also appears the size has decreased. 3. This product used to have a number of pink sheets indicating the box was running low. This allowed a replacement box to be provided before the product was empty. This feature is no longer present. Now there is no warning. 4. Increased price for lower quality. 5. Based on the cost and lower quality issues it is time to re-evaluate using this product. Time to start shopping for a replacement. To Kleenex, once a customer moves to another product the chance of them returning to this product diminish greatly. As the reputation of this product decreases, it is being communicated to other customers and potential customers. The net result will start to show up as diminished sales. It is also a bad reflection on your entire product line. Customers will try other brands over yours due to your products earning a reputation for poor quality.

Kleenex is of good quality, the kind you see in hotels. Box displays nicely in any room as colours are neutral. I like that the last ten Kleenex are yellow to let you know the box is almost done. Good value for money.

I Love it

Kleenex seems to consider itself a premium brand, so I was surprised to find that the layering of the tissues (so you can just take out one at a time) doesn't seem to work in these boxes of tissues. Once one pries out only one of the first few tissues, all is well until the middle of the box, when one has to do it again. On the other hand, the boxes are nice and compact, and hold only one (1) less tissue per box than we find in our local brands. It's also nice to order such a large amount in an order, saves time and money. One note though, when buying, it might be a good idea to order it in Amazon packaging - some of the brand packages have gone missing from our freight orders and had to be ordered again.

This is a box of boxes of utilitarian 2-ply Kleenex, of the sort you'd find in a doctor's office, etc. At $55 it was a great deal. At $98, where it is now, it is less of a good deal.
