I bought these to help me portion out snacks and treats. Candy, granola, and that sort. Makes it easy to grab and go without having to try and calculate portion size when I'm in a hurry. They are small, they hold about a cup of granola or half a cup if its got big chunks. They are sturdy little bags and I am happy I bought them.
