Although expensive, flavor is excellent, mot as thick as I thought.

Great authentic taste. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but worth the money. My caprese salad never tasted so good.

No comparison to mass market balsamics. This is fruity, smooth, mellow and has less acidity. Makes a caprese taste amazing.

This is a very good balsamic, with an low acidic level, in a scale of 1-10 10 being very acidic, this one is probably a 5 in the acidity level, i have also bought "Giuseppe Giusti Gran Deposito Aceto Balsamico Di Modena 3 Gold Medals " which is in the red/marron label and that one is less acidic maybe a 2 or 3 and has a more dense feel and flows thicker. Both are excellent.

I was looking for a thicker more syrupy balsamic such as what you get in Italy and like I’ve purchased from Saratoga Oil Co. This isn’t it. It has a nice flavor but is tangy and very thin. I had a hard time remembering which product I’d ordered before and thought I’d try this. This was a lot more money and not as good. The traditional ages from Saratoga is what I would recommend.

Amazing flavor and all around perfect viscosity! The price was very reasonable because you can’t beat the quality of this balsamic.

This vinegar is actually excellent. It's not as good as some I bought in Milan, Italy. Maybe it has something added to it once it leaves the country, compared to me buying it there. It's still excellent and I would recommend someone buying it.
