Can you bypass the timer?

Sorry, it can't bypass the timer.

I saw on another answer that you must have the tree plugged in for the timer to work. So the timer won't work using the batteries?

The timer does work using the batteries. Once you put the batteries in and pick the mode you want, it stays on for 6 hours and will continually start each day at that same time. I put my batteries in at 7 pm, selected the mode I wanted, and it automatically shuts off at 1 am.

Is it possible to get the adapter to plug this into a wall socket? Will it work with an old Apple converter block?

How does the timer work? Tried holding button down til it flashed and that doesn't work. Just turns the lights off

Hello, It's on a 6 hr timer. For example if I turn my tree on at 5:00 it will turn off at 11:00 and it will turn on at the same time the next day but you have to leave it plugged in in order for that to happen.
