This is a fantastic product, I wish I started purchasing sooner!(First bought from a shop, now I get them on Amazon Subscribe & Save).Really great, extremely nutritional powder that I, personally, use in my daily smoothies in addition to many fresh + frozen fruits, veg, mixed nuts, mixed seeds, powdered milk, almond milk (or water), dried exotic fruits, honey, Manuka, ice etc...It tastes divine and is exceptionally creamy & consistent!I absolutely love this product and use it religiously, every single day and I feel so much better since doing so!..I always opt for the vanilla flavours when it comes to powders as they are more balanced in terms of versatility and I never get 'bored' of the taste like I have chocolate + strawberry - it seems to be the best, yet they only sell the other flavours in the giant tubs?.. Usually, it is the other way around...Besides that, I have found that they last a lot longer when used in addition to other ingredients & powders (including protein powders) as I was going through the largest vanilla tubs in a matter of 2-3 weeks (one point I was addicted to the taste, I only used this and went through a tub in a week, twice!!). . .This is genuinely considerably 'filling', staving off unnecessary/unhealthy snacking more effectively than other brands and I feel much healthier now I plan my meals around this as my main meal (in a large smoothie) - it also is an excellent pre + post-workout drink!Highly effective and extremely nutritious, so much goodness that the body subconsciously craves for, yet we do not entirely provide... well, now, with the help of this powder, you can fuel your body with the vital enrichment & nourishment it requires and you will seriously feel the difference! Your mood and aura will return to a more natural balance and you will feel better within yourself exuding more positive energy.I like how easy it is to prepare, whether it be in a drink or a smoothie (or cereal) - you can mix it well with just a fork, shake it in a bottle or blend it - it is simple to handle; a fine powder, no clumps.The amount of portions per tub is, to me a little low, but honestly, it is not bad at all really... It is not expensive anyway and it works out better to have multiple tubs to retain freshness over long periods of time; so the size 'is' justifiable & viable - it will suffice!I definitely recommend this product to anyone, regardless of their situation or intended use!I have used it in cooking, cereals, meal prep, smoothies, drinks, etc... It is highly versatile and can be used whether you need it for an eating disorder, exercise supplement or general use - it is an amazing product with a plethora of health benefits from a myriad of vitamins, minerals, many nutrients!! A must-have!!!

Great thick taste even with semi skimmed. I like to live off those nurishment tins but they're hard to get cheap. Bought this as a replacement wondering if it's nice since I always have milk. While it tastes nothing like it it is just as highly rated taste wise and thicker! Serving says 2 scoops for 250ml I put 3 scoops in 500 for my first go and it was rather thick. Reduce to taste. Lovely

I enjoyed the flavour and texture at a great price. Although I have just started on this product as a meal replacement, I didn't fill me up as I thought it would, however it was enough and I'm getting used to it after a few weeks now.

This has a lovely thick and creamy taste and I have lost weight in the first week I'm not hungry in between meals which I thought I would be so as long as you stick to the 2 meals a day with a small normal meal then this will work for anyone who sticks to it

Great product , like the vanilla flavour.However, gives me so much gas every time I have it.
