A: It has two scales, one side measures absolute the other side is slack,  both are mm.

A: Will work for almost all chain drive applications.

A: This works on any bike with a chain.

**Q: I have a suzuki drz400s with a 520 chain. does anyone know if it will work on this motorcycle?**
A: Iit works pretty much on any chain. I use it on three of my bikes, from Ducati multistrada to a Honda monkey. Great tool to have.
