Defective Harmonium Received – Some Keys Not Working
Hello Seller,I am very disappointed with the harmonium I received from you through Amazon. Some of the buttons/keys are not working at all. This is clearly a defective product.Before shipping the item, you should have properly checked and tested the harmonium. Because of your negligence, I received a damaged product and now I am facing a lot of inconvenience. I trusted your product quality, but this experience has been very upsetting.I want to return this harmonium and request you to process the return/refund as soon as possible. Please take this matter seriously and avoid sending defective items to customers in the future.

Very bad product
Extremely bad product. Complete waste of money. I paid a high price expecting quality, but received a damaged product with broken wooden parts and missing screws. There is clearly zero quality check before dispatch. The product arrived in unacceptable condition and ruined my plan to gift it to someone. Very disappointing experience. Do not buy — not worth the price or the time.

The Product is Extremely good for beginners and value for money, The Vendor Bajaj Collection is supper cooperative, you just have to Wahts Aap (92542 06503) him with your quarries, He will ensure you are satisfied with his response.I suggest online buyers, please call him and take his advice as an expert before you buy any product on Amazon.I got a good carry bag, Proper cover with lock and key, and a good 49 keys harmonium instrument.Packing and Handling was Good. no issues.I suggest him to make some brand logo and inculcate on his product for more brand feel.

A good product overall.i saw few keys were stuck.dont get panic as its minor thing,should be due to transporting ,also i fixed another minor issue harmonium was playing without keys,this happens due to some wooden particles stuck beneath key.and the key has air leakage.i fixed this quickly.now,the harmonium is playing really good.i recommend this.
